There have been a few conspiracy theories out there after the “Frenzy” episode of “True Blood” on Sunday.
Are the three eggs — Benedict "Eggs" Talley, Jason's chicken/egg joke and that giant thing in the middle of the bed in poor Sookie's Gran's house (Moral of the story: Never die and leave your home to a granddaughter who flirts with the supernatural) — somehow connected?
I don't really think they are, but what do I know.
All I know now is Mehcad Brooks, who plays Eggs, just signed on for ABC's midseason legal show “The Deep End.”
(He was on “Desperate Housewives” so he's no stranger to ABC.)
Which would lead me to believe his tenure on “True Blood” is coming to an end.
Which would lead me to feel slightly sorry for Tara (she and Sam have the same sorry luck) but happy for us since Eggs is a package deal with Maryann.
And Maryann has to die. Now. Yesterday. Last summer. The early Pleistocene. But I'll settle for Sept. 13.
Goodbye, Eggs. I'll miss your abs. It's all down to you now, Jason Stackhouse. Keep the shirtless tradition alive.
